Cognitive behavior is a theory that's behaviors and emotions are result of negative patterns of thinking which have been adapted over a period of time. There are individuals who are gripped mostly with negative thoughts due to various factors and the circumstances through which they have gone through in their life. Based on the family, society, religious beliefs and the circumstances in which the person has been brought up or has been living, personality of an individual develops.  There is nothing right or wrong about this, but the point is how it affects the individual.
